Ingredients:
Raw Mango - 1
Chilli Pwdr - 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Pwdr - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt for Taste
Preperation Method:
1) Cut the Mango into very small pieces.
2) Add all the other ingredients to the mango pieces and mix well.
Let the mango pickle set well. For this keep it for 1-2 days before you start using the pickle :-
